EVA hot melt adhesive film is a hot melt adhesive film product made from ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer as the main raw material. Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) is a copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate. It is an odorless, non-toxic white or light yellow polymer. EVA is currently the most widely used hot melt adhesive product with the largest dosage. It has excellent adhesion, flexibility, heating fluidity, and good cold resistance. Because EVA has high cohesive force and low melting surface tension, it has thermal adhesion to all materials. EVA has good compatibility. Hot melt adhesive film products with different characteristics can be formulated according to the required performance requirements of the adhesive. Mainly used for bonding textiles, fabrics, shoe materials, aluminum foil Mylar, PET, PP, EVA foam, leather, non-woven fabrics, wood, paper, and other materials.
